Check the Mass Air Flow sensor. If it seems to be leaning up with proper fuel press. and it seems you checked everything else. The Motronics will cut the injector duration if its reading less air. In other words proper fuel ratio for amount of air its reading. Also your air flow could be restricted also at the air filter or the cat. If the car was not maintained properly the cat could be plugged.
