did you check the fuel pressure while revving the engine without load (i.e. car stationary) or while actually driving the car?

The fuel flow to the injectors is proportional to the power the engine makes. i.e. revving the engine with no load may show good fuel pressure while doing the same with load (as would be while accelerating / top speed) may reveal a problem there.

I am not claiming this (low fuel pressure) is your problem, but do not rule it out until you check the engine with load.
