: Hi M3'ers, three questions:

: 1) What oil pan baffle upgrades do people use in their cars, and does anyone have first-hand experience of ones to avoid?

: 2) Darren I posted a message on May 20th about engine mounts he got for 17 UK Pounds; Darren, can you enlighten us on what the part numbers were, and were they M3 specific, or were they for other vehicles but happen to work in the M3? Anyone have any other ideas for engine mounts?

: 3) Sadness: My car died on Friday, with the following symptoms: it sputtered a bit at a stop light, but straightened out after a few seconds (the car was warm, I had driven 15km already). I drove a few km further without incident, parked, and 40 minutes later started the car to go on, but it stalled after 10 feet, reversing out of the parking spot. It started again, but stumbled and died within seconds. It would start and run o.k. for a few seconds to a minute, but would then sputter and stall. Full fuel tank (filled up the night before). My mechanic says there is good fuel pressure and spark, but the car is running extremely rich. Temp sensors and O2 sensor all working properly. He has taken the computer apart to see if there is a cracked board, but cannot see anything amiss. Any ideas?? PLEASE HELP ME GET MY BABY BACK!!

: Cheers,

: ///Martin (teary-eyed)
