I've used the oil pan baffle from Turner Motorsports.

For your stumbling problem, check the coolant temperature sensor, located on the right side of the engine - very easy to see and get to. These go bad and they give false signals to the DME saying the car is cold (when it is really warm), causing it to run extremely rich and stumble. It can be intermittant in nature. I had this problem...
