That's the most expensive water pump that I am aware of for an e30. All water pumps are NOT created equal. Buy from a reputable supplier and purchase the most expensive one they have. It's the bearings that increase the price - and add to the operating efficiency. Seals & gaskets are extra but shouldn't be more than another $20.

Two (2) hours is reasonable for labor. Of course, if you add the water pump to the work order of a timing belt change, then the former's almost free. i always change w/p's when i have the timing belt changed - and i've never had to replace a w/p otherwise.
