I have been thinking for a while about selling my '94 325i because its an automatic (no flames please) to get a stick. I realized the error of my ways. Unfortunately, I want a small car but if I get another e36, it'll have to be a '93 or '94 325 because I need to be able to buy the new car for roughly what I can sell my car for. Then I looked at some E30 M3s just for fun and the prices have a wide range. Anywhere from below 10k to 20k. What is a normal price for a very good condition E30 M3? I am starting to think its a possibility if it would be a little cheaper than an e36 325. The other thing though is maintainence. I've heard that maintainence on E30 m cars is very high. Is this true? What can I expect? The car will probably be driven on weekends only except in the summer (because of school, again no flams please) so the mileage will be fairly low. I may be totally off base here so feel free to jump on the soapbox and educate me. I hope you all have some good info for me. Enjoy your cars, they are truly great. A stand out among all of BMW's great cars.
