: Sure buy the bulbs at radio shack, solder the replacement bulbs into the old board and you're good to go. I just loosen the 2 right-hand OBC screws and remove the 2 screws holding the top of the entire panel. Oh yeah, remove the left cover from inside the glovebox to gain access to the rear of the console. Then you should be able to slide the OBC bar out.
