M3 Evo3 Automatic (archive)

I have recently bought a m3 evo3 with a respectable 22,000km on the speedo with one previous owner. The car is great but what I really want is an auto gearbox fitted as I do a lot of town driving and if you have ever driven in Milano on a week day you will know my dilema. Waht I wnat to know is if any one of you m3 peole out there have converted a m3 to an auto box before? If you have please let me know the in's and out of this conversion.
