i think you will find that what he is refering to as the"manifold" is in fact the plenum(say's M Power on the side) as it is held on by 8 chrome acorn nuts, and do replace the o-ring's if you remove this and dont use silicone to install (this peeve's me more than anything on these car's the design and machining of these part's is so nice you dont need sealer put it back the way it came apart with new o-ring's(golly they are all of a buck apiece) then you wont butcher and scratch the hell out of these parts to get them apart) Argh a putty knife ,butchery!, ok im off my soapbox now
