The obc controlls the idle, there is no way to adjust it, some people try to fool with the brass screw but it's hard to get it right doing it that way. If you're having idle problems you need to check the ICV and the Intake Spacers and it couldn't hurt to check the O2 sensor if the car has close to 100k miles.

Does anyone know the procedure for reseting the base idle?
I know that you have to jumper the 3 wires of the TPS, but should the engine be running? Just ingition on? Do you have to adjust the base idle with the brass screw, while keeping the 3 wires jumped?
