Porsche rotors have the holes CAST into them - not drilled so no stress risers. You may see what look like tiny cracks at "crossdrill" holes around Porsche rotors but they're not cracks - just the microstructure showing through in the metal as the metal ages. Aging on Porsche brakes is good - makes them stronger. Specially made by Brembo for Porsche and obliviously tres expen$$ive. -SvB
