Yesterday I was driving around town in 100 degree weather when all of a sudden all the damn coolant started spraying on my windshield...It turned out that the rubber coolant hose that goes into the radiator had slipped off. I took a closer look and the plastic outlet that comes out of the radiator(that slips into the rubber hose) had partially broken. I put the hose back on and moved the metal adjuster ring a little bit further up. I don't want to buy a whole new radiator just because of that little outlet. Is there a way to add some sort of sleeve to make the outlet a little longer? I know it can be done but does anyone have any reccomendations on where to get the stuff?

Thanks guys

I advise to you is just suck it up and buy a new radiator. They are made out of plastic and have a limited service life. Better to be safe than sorry because if you could fix the radiator; it would be a temporary job because the plastic get brittle and will probably break again.

Good luck
