Can anyone igve a list of difference and changes of the different model years E30 M3s?
or you can point me to a website.
thanks you

They're small but it goes something like this:

88's Pop out rear side window, sure way to tell when you're looking at an '88.

late 89's to '91, aluminum control arms. '90-'91 driver side airbag, and evo air box.

This for US cars I'm speaking of. There are other small little things like the aux fan sensor being on the left for the very early cars, the drive shaft center bearing is different also for the early cars and I'm sure other little changes, the ABS relay is different from the later cars, etc...

The euro cars have other changes, evo II motor (different compression pistons/cam) front spoiler and rear spoiler. Same for the sport evo being the 2.5L motor, spoilers front/rear, different gear box, rear end gear, interior is somewhat different (leather recaro SRD's, door panels, red motorsport seatbelts, etc...), larger wheels....

I'm sure there are many other changes that I'm leaving out. But for US cars they are essentially the same.
