Yes it is a 96 328 engine motor. The engine conversion was done by Fahey motorsports and cost over $35,000. I did it for matters that I can explain later. And no its not a racing dynamics engine just a decal...duh
That doesn't look like a 2.8 motor...but rather a 325 motor. Those are not 2.8 intake runners. Or did you try and put a 3.0 head on a 2.8 block. I know that's not a racing dynamics motor. If i ever put an E36 6 cylinder motor in an E30 M3 i would put a Z3 2.8 Aluminium block and build up from there. Why add more weight to the front? My two cents. Good luck selling it...I'm thinking the buyer will be young and eager to street race.
