Hey,

Anyone out there figure out somethin creative to cover up those ugly holes you have when you take off the front plate?

-Jack

I'n europe they have a strip that goes around the entire stripe. it covers up the holes, and it can also cover up the ugly side marker lights :) Some guy down in LA had this done to his car because he was going to ship it to germany. Plans didn't go through and the car never got shiped. Anyways, the owner of it now still has the strips, and they look alot better than the current tape, and covers the holes, and markers. I believe you can also use 3M tape, I'm going to try this option sometime soon.

The stripe you are talking about was applied to the Evo III - I've just replaced the tape on my E30 and you can still see the holes. The only way to get rid of the holes would be to strip the paint off around the holes, fill with suitable material and shadow spray over top.
