This really sucks, I get smashed into by some dumb bitch and fucked by every person possible. First the cop fucks with me then the tow truck driver and now the stupid fuckin bitch who hit me's insurance company doesnt even care. I mean I know I'm young but what the fuck I deserve some respect. No rental car so I am stuck in my fucking house. I want my car back($12,000 worth of damage). Now I find out her fucking insurance company is taking my car and they dont want to give it back to me. They plan on parting it out. I think that there is going to be some law suits

You better start finding prices for you car.
The insurance company will try to low ball the retail value of your car for write off purposes.

New paper ads, internet ads, Kelly Blue book.
You need to get verifiable values.

Any paperwork, receipts for repairs and upgrades are needed too.
