My pad warning light was blinking due to getting saturated. When it would rain, it would stay on full time, but my pads were recently changed.
The dealer sprayed it with air, and cleaned them, and now i haven't had the problem, even when wet.
First, make sure it's not on because your pads are low.
Also, if the sensor comes loose, it may stay on all the time, so check that too.
There are 2 wires going into the brake caliper, where the pads are.. see if they are in the right place.
