I wasn't tryin' to put you on the spot, just curious.....the bottom end is the first big step..you get to see changes as they come. Any advice on doing the conversion? I'll be doing it this winter.

Any head work? headers? throttles? chips...etc. More torque? TIA
Hey fellows just sharing some good news with you all, I just got my toy back with Stroker kit and the works, I am telling you its the best money I have spent in a while, the car performs so much better, I am telling you if you thought about going EVO 3 find a good mechanic and you won't be dissapointed.

PETE

I didn't do anything to the throttle, my Mech advised against it because he said the gains would be next to nothing for a whole lot more money, also a guy in Germany told me its a waste of money, I don't have the head worked yet, but I will put cams in soon, and I am still running a regular conforti chip, I am going to get the chip for the 2.5 in about 2 weeks. Even without all tese things the car just gets up and go so much more low end torque, and I haven't even tested it fully yet, have to break the engine in slowly.

thanks all
Pete

Make sure you have a guy that knows the car and plan to spend about $5500 to $6000 and also be patient, I would suggest to you to put a lightweight flywheel in while you have the engine down.
