I'm personally going with the Evo flywheel. Car that is donating it idled fine and the revs came up quicker than in my car, felt faster too. As I see it, the Evo flywheel has no drawbacks. No need to have a chip retuned or anything.

The E36 M3 guys had to have the revs bumped at idle because using a lightweight flywheel would make their cars stall at idle. (Annoying).
