Do a search for this -- it's common and my car has the same noise. It really doesn't bother me, so I haven't done anything about it yet. As far as I know, it's a loose nut under the dash on the steering column. I believe you can tighten it to a point, but eventually it will wear out and need to be replaced. Requires the removal of some trim panels.
