my car is stalling. read the post "M3 Dying" for the full explanation. Any ways, My dad thought
that it was the JC chip that was causing the engine to run extremely ruff, then die. well he put the
original chip back in and nothing was fixed. He then said that he was sending the JC chip back
any ways because he doesn't want me messing with the emissions. Quiet frankly I don't
understand how the JC chip did anything to the emissions. the car ran fine for 3 days with the
chip in the car. it rains. car will not run after the rain. re-install the chip, and the car still won't
run. hmmm.

I've noticed water stains in the glove box, but no saturation at the moment. The carpet in front of
the drivers seat is damp as well. I just seam to have a gut instinct that there is water in some
system somewhere causing a short. But hey, Iím only 18, I could be wrong.
Also, he wants to take it to the mechanic, but I donít trust any of them where I live. (Last
mechanic I went to didnít realize that it was an M3 UNTIL he opened the hood and saw the
ďBMW M POWERĒ on the valve cover. And they say he is the best BMW mechanic in the area
also) so could the car survive a trip to LA to get repaired there? I donít want to ruin the car by
driving it, but I donít want to have shady mechanics working on my car. Itís a catch 22!
Everyone please read and put in your inputs, I want to drive my car again!
Thanks in Advance
Eric
