remember that these aren't drag cars. Also they are 15 year old technology. I chose to get a 325is (can't afford an M3 till I'm out of college) and going from there. I think I can get my 325is to be faster than a stock M3 with very little money in modifications (mostly a 4.10 diff)

soon I'm going to race my friend's 99 honda accord V6 with my 325is. I wanna know who will win since the published 0-60 times are identical, as well as the horsepower ratings being similar.

sorry if I offended anyone with the 325is faster than the M3 thing.


I am in the market for an E30 M3 but don't want every modified Honda smoking me from the stop light! What is the really world 1/4 mile times for a stock M3 and one with typical bolt ons. My E36 M3 ran 13.90s with chip, filter and exhaust! I don't expect that kind of performance but did want the mid 14s.
