Someone has mis-informed you. The only brake rotor/caliper upgrades for the E30 M3 are aftermarket only. Your best bet would be to buy stainless lines, a 25mm master cylinder upgrade, the Evo 3 rotors (different alloy, stock dimensions) and better brake pads. I currently have Hawk HPS pads, and they kick ass for street use. I'm tempted to take them to the track to see how hot they can get before they fade. The Hawk Blues are the best for track use. Talk to Barry at Bimmerworld. He has many, many track days in stock and highly modified E30 M3s. He doesn't even use big brakes for his E-Mod club racer!! Just Evo3 rotors, Hawk pads, and their brake ducts.

Big brakes will increase your rotating mass and unsprung mass. Just upgrading the fronts will throw off your brake bias. Be prepared to spend $2000-$3000 for just the fronts. And what are you gonna do when you have to special order new pads? Only the Movit kit uses off-the-shelf Porsche pads.

And drilled discs will crack very early in their lifetime. Drilled holes create stress raisers. And they also warp more quickly. Basically, they're a waste of money. If you want better cooling, you'll have to get brake ducts. Cooler brakes (not cold) work better, too.
