No - the 48mm are 2.5 litre EvoIII throttle bodie (archive)

the 215 bhp has the same throttle bodies as the 195bhp engine.

Evo II has difference pistons with higher compression ratio, different intake cam and exhaust cam gear, different lower airbox. It also has a lighter flywheel.

sometimes the 215 has a small sticker the size of a quarter on top of the plenum.

How do I tell the difference between these 2 by looking at the engines?
