I don't think they are. EdZ's picture is correct. If you look at the opening at the top of the seat where the shoulder belts for a 4, 5 or 6-point safety harness would come through the seat back, the true Evo 3 seats have just one big opening. If you look closely at the picture of the white seats, you can see that there are two distinct openings for each shoulder belt to come through.
