i know how you feel, i got back ended by a chain smoking nerd in minneapolis last june while in my E34 M3. 3500 later i got my car back. needless to say i sold it as soon as i could. it is now frisco. the owner was informed of the mishap, and bot the car anyway. good luck w/ yours.
