Help! My idle is 2000rpm! (archive)

The throttle keep getting stuck. Sometimes idle can be as normal as 800 rpm, sometimes around 1500rpm, sometimes 2000 rpm or higher.

I know that the problem comes from the throttle housing letting too much air in.. the question is where to adjust?
