Help!! Fuel Pump Relay and Service manual (archive)

I need for someone to tell me where to find the fuel pump relay. I just picked the 88 E30 M3 up a week ago and have a 3 series Rob. Bentley manual. Close but no cigar. I am not getting any fuel pressure built up in the system and I check the main pump for voltage when I turn the ignition on and I am not getting any. I was told that there should be a burst of fuel pumped up when you turn the switch. I know these cars have three pumps and apparently none of them are working since I have the filter off at the back with the meter on the pump located directly above the filter and the turn of the key produces no fuel spilling out at the filter connection. Please re-post, e-mail is difficult.

Does anyone have a manual that I can buy or get a copy of? I am probably planning on going through the whole car if I dont decide to sell (good enough offer takes it home). In NC, (828)323-6260, look for previos post w/ pics.
