Well, I did replace the filter, it was, as i thought, not the cause of the leak. I have replaced the rearmost sensor on the housing (pressure i think), the filter housing gasket (i made it from gasket material, i have one on order thought), the pressure valve assembly (service bulletin item), I have removed, cleaned, threadlocked and retorqued the two bolts that hold the alternator mount to the timing cover/block, and the two below them. Still leaking. It appears to be coming from the bolt, directly under the collant line, that holds the timing cover. I again tried to reseal it with hi-temp gasket maker, but it still leaks. This bolt doesn't seem to get very tight thought, about 22NM at most, it might be stripped. Does anyone have any ideas about a place i have not checked, or what i should do? How can i fix this bolt if, it is stripped? It does not appear to be the housing gasket, but when i put the OEM gasket on, we'll see. Also it is not any of the oil lines, they are fine.
TIA,
EdZ
