...are very stiff. I have mine set on the softest setting and it's still pretty uncomfortable on the street. Set on medium, the handling is amazing and totally flat (I have H&R/Bilsteins too). ST bars also have a larger rear bar than other aftermarket bars which really helps get rid of the dreaded understeer. Definitely recommended if you're going to track your car at all.
