chip & cam sprocket (archive)

I purchased my M3 in '92 and found that it had a Dinan chip already installed. I have heard good things about the Turner Motorsports chip. Should I see much of a difference?

Is the cam sprocket worth the trouble. I've heard it helps out at lower RPM's were the power is weak.
