Anyway, you may want to have the clutch and flywheel checked. This requires about 5 hours labor to R/R the transmission and clutch, but a good mechanic can do it in less than 4h. Have him replace the clutch release bearing, release arm, and pivot point while in there. These parts are cheap, and it would suck to have to pay for another 4h labor later on. Then check the front crank hub to make sure it is still torqued properly. Also check the harmonic balancer for cracks or damage.

What were the engine mounts replaced with? Anything other than the OEM M3 mounts will add a lot of vibration at idle and higher RPMs.
