I have Bilstein sports an race dynamics springs on my car. I recently did all new control arms, end links and bushings for the sways and have found that they work nicely and are not noisy!(squeaking of urethanes)

You may want to reconsider the race springs though.

I drive my car daily and it is all can take w/ a sport spring installed on the car!
