The shocks are not Bilstein. The shocks where replaced at the same time as the springs and sways. In the city the roads are not that great so it is a little bumpy, i believe it would be even harsher with Bilsteins. I live far outside of the city limits and the roads are nice and smooth. I like the firm feel of the suspension. I'm used to it now, and don't think I could go back to stock. Eventually I will get Bilstiens, and perhaps try out the H&R's.

Do you have stock suspension? I have 17x8 rims with 215/45/17 tires and Intrax lower, stiffer springs. Pulling out of tight parking spaces they do rub. Also I have to go slow into driveways that have a dip.

Will 17x7.5 wheels with 225 width tires fit on the front of a stock 88 M3 without any rubbing? Does anyone have this setup? Thank ya

I was thinking of doing H&R with stock shocks, does it bounce? If I don't get these bilsteins real cheap that is probably the set up that i"mg going to do.
