BMP Desgin sell them for just under 1k but is not on their website. Call (800) 648-7278 for a catalog.
I want to do the conversion but was hoping to find out what kind of MAF unit is being used, since I already have the Air/Fuel ration meter.
Then I just have to buy the ARC2 Air/fuel Ratio Calibrator Unit.

I had a '88 M3 several years ago and I am considering purchasing another. Since I have been out of the scene for a while, does anyone make a MAF kit for the M3? Since the barn door air flow meter is restrictive.
now the question is to do this or an intake cam? this sounds like it has better improvements, and would be better for other mods, but is a little pricey. has anybody had some experience with these? are they as cracked up as they say they are?
thanks

I have the intake cam already and it at least keeps your car "Factory" were as the MAF is "Aftermarket". The benefit I see with the MAF is that you will be setup for future mods (cams, intake, exhaust/headers). The conversion will allow you to tune your car to run optimally with whatever mods you put on your car.
You will not have to buy another chip everytime you change some thing. Also this makes tuning your car for weather easier. :-)
