Lower Alternator Bracket Bolt is shearing off Help (archive)

Can anyone please help me on rectifying this problem for me. The lower alternator bracket bolt keeps breaking off. This is the second time. Do I need a special Bolt...titanium or some kind of strong Metal. Does the alternator have some kind of bushing to dampen the vibration which is causing the bolt to break off. It hasn't been a hundred miles and it already broke. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
