That's great that your dealership knows the E30 M3. My dealership seams to have the left-overs and overflow from the Chrystler dealership down the road. The last time I had my M3 there, they had to call me three times to figure out how to get the spark plugs out. I told the them the BMW part number of the tool, and the Snap On socket part number. Still no luck. Finally I told them not to touch it, and I would be right over to get it. I took it home and using my tool from the trunk tool kit the spark plugs came right out. Besides that I told them the problem was not the spark plugs, that I just changed them the day before. Anyway my hesitation problems where caused by bad intake gaskets. The dealerships mechanic would know how to work on an S14 moved down to Miami. Another time I went to the dealership and asked them for the blue temp sensor that was on the coolant pipe, they brought out the one that was on the thermostat, then they brought out the brown one on the coolant pipe. I told them just forget it. Called up Bavarian Auto and it arrived the next day.
