What annoys me a bit is that a fair few people thinks it has just a bodykit on a normal e30. Even my brother thought this when I first got it until I showed him the engine and gave him a few mags to read.

When my car is clean it attracts a lot of interest, when it is dirty not so much. Black looks shite when its dirty. Due to recent leg probs I was unable to clean it for a good while and it looked horrid. Wheels hadnt been cleaned for about 6 or 7 weeks, and yes I felt very bad about it!!!!!!!!

I spent a good while over Christmas cleaning it and it looks nice now. I have a big dent in one of the front fenders (not my fault)and on my 200 mile trip the other day on motorways (with a clean car) everyone was looking at the blimmin` dent! I can`t wait to get it fixed up again as I hate driving round with a ding in the side. Hopefully my neighbours insurance will pay out soon so I can get it done - darn git reversed into my car one morning.

OK, I UNDERSTAND HOW THE LAST STORY POSTED WAS EXAGERATED! I PLAN ON AVOIDING THAT IF AT ALL POPSSIBLE!

I love my car! And since I have gotten over my fear of committment with girls, I seem to drive my girlfriends accord alot more than my m3! That leaves the m3 to the nightly drives! i have put about 200 miles on it in the month of dec! All nightly drives where I drive about 10 miles to some awsome back roads! I have learned that owning this car brings more than driving fun! I have a great relationship with the 2 parts managers at my local dealership that always HOOK it up! They sent me a M3 keychain for x-mas, how manny parts guys do that? I have a real stressed out job, yet with my car I ALWAYS think about my car and off with the stress! I get home and start it up and check the fluids! Then i go off into the night at blazn speeds of furry! Yet, I have a few friends that also have m3's, and there cars dont feel like mine, but they share the same inspiration that I have! I recently read on the BMW CAR MAG site this statement, "This car makes you want to go through the gears THEN, Stop and do it all ovet again!" That is the quote of 2000 for me! It may not be said directly about our cars, yet I will REDIRECT it be DIRECTLY about the e30m3!

For those who are looking for an good e30 m3 to own, looking is just part of the fun this car will bring you eventually! Also while looking you will learn more about the car than you would ever imagine knowing about newer cars! Sure they are not very dependable, yet the sound of a stock exhaust is one like no other at 7k!

I am kinda alone with my car! There is not much going on here is San Antonio Texas With bmw's. To give an exapmle, I waw a real nice brand new M roadster! i told him at teh light he had a nice car! He proceeded to ask what kind of car I was in! I got mad and rolled up the window!

On the brighter side! I was at my local bmw shop where all bmw's are bought in San antonio, and these 3 guys had started talking while I was waiting for some parts to get in, and they were talking about my car! Mostly about my new wheels and there was one guy who seemd to be real into the car! he had a M coupe that was having some interior work finished up on it! I got my parts and walked to my car! These 3 guys said " u have a real nice car! What year is it? It is in nice condition for an 87 they say! hte 3rd guy asked who I bought it from? I told him and he smiled! He said he wished he never sold it! He was the org owner of the car! I got it of a show room floor of a local bmw shop! He commended me and said Keep it nice, we both pulled out at teh same time, me in my car and he in his M coupe! I smile and laught and we both hammer on it, he kicks my ass of the road! I see him at the next light and he said he was sorry, I laughed again and said anytime! I creep of slow and he does also! I shifted at 5k cause the oil was not warm, and I dont use the car for racing on the streets, just for personl gratification!

When I have older and younger people ask me what kind of car it is? I love to answer them! This car makes every day brighter and days just seem to get better and better!

I see this guy who has a yellow ferrari every now and then, he shops at teh local HEB, The first time i was him he told me I had a BEAUTIFUL car! I said no, u have a gorgous car! he said he had one in 88 and recked it! he said he only put 7k on it!

Sure my pocket book is lighter with the car, yet my life is also brighter with the car!
