I have Very difficult Shifting in my M3 .... I changed the box and I still have the same problem... here is the odd part ... the clutch grabs VERY VERY good ... but even when I floor the clutch the car still creeps forward and it gets worse as the car warms up what could this be?

Mark:

Your pilot bearing is probably bad. It sits in the back of the crank, and the very front of the
gearbox sits inside of it. If the pilot bearing is worn/siezed, it may keep the shaft of the transmission spinning when the clutch pedal is pressed.
