My wheels are 17x8 w/ offset of 20 or 23 (I can't remember exactly). They occasionally rub a tiny bit in the front. The outside of the tire contacts the plastic inner fender pieces.

The wheels you are looking at would stick out about 16mm or .65 inches farther than mine which are the proper fitment as suggested my BBS.

In my estimation, that would cause pretty bad rubbing up front and might even cause some problems in the back with the suspension fully compressed.
