Alternator Bushing Kit? (archive)

Does anybody know where I can find a replacement kit? I'm the new owner of Johns M3, and am very excited. The car was beautifully maintained and in great shape. I was told by my friend who is in the process of completely stripping out his e30 m3 and turning it into a racecar, that the bushings on the alternator mounts are shot and won't last much longer. Also, I've noticed a puddle of water underneath the battery, in the plastic tray, and a little bit of rust. I don't know the reason for this and wondering if anyone has any ideas. I'm new to these cars and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
