It happens to all of them eventually. Get a new one, try bimmerworld. They have OE parts cheaper than anyone, and 2-day service isn't a problem.

Someone stole my ETK CD, so I can't give you a part number.

An eloongated hole will also lead to broken bolts in the near future. Very bad indeed.
