It seems to me that most strut braces and designed with look and ease of removal as the prime factors. I went with the one piece sparco brace as it offered, what I felt was, the best ability to reduce flex. It is somewhat irritating to remove, but it only 2 nuts on each side, and i accept the trade off with improved functionality. If you make a better, stronger one, count me in!!

I have received requests to build a Strong-Strut to fit the E30 series of cars. One of your fellow owners suggested I hit the MB with a survey, so here goes. In case you're now familiar with the Strong-Strut, ours is the only all solid steel machined SS available. It is the pinnacle in quality but priced below the major suppliers. See all the details on the Strong-Strut web page. We have been concentrating on the Z3 series of cars and an E30 Strong-Strut would be about the same prices you will see on the web page. I would appreciate geting your input and will decide from the results whether we will go ahead with an E30 model. Our SS web page will probably answer most of your questions but feel free to email me direct if you like. Thank you for your help and please remember I was asked to do this by one of your own.

Thanks Ed, we're pouring all this into the "hopper" as we decide whether or not to go into the E30 market with the SS
