You can go to this site and check some of the dyno runs.
My car produces more hp especially torque compared to the rest of the 2.3L m3s.
Yes with the E2 cam, your hp gets to 180hp, but the torque is in the 150+. Mine is 166lb/fts.
I paid $900 for my kit, and i installed it myself.
If you get the E2 cam, unless you can install it yourself and adjust the valves, it is cheap, but when you have to pay labor, it comes almost even.
As for the MAF, all you need is wiring, and its ready to run.

It would be interesting to see the results of tests done...
