My 88 M3 has an ongoing problem with the coolant tank overflow line. Coolant leaks out of the overflow tube when the engine has been run for a while. I replaced the coolant tank cap thinking that would help but it still happens. The tank is not over filled. Anyone else having this problem?

hate to tell you but chances are you have a bad headgasket , what is happening is exhuast gases are makiing it in to your cooling system causing excessive pressure to be sure goto a garage that has an emmisions machine and have them put the prob in the coolant tank just above the coolant with the engine running to see if it picks up a reading if so it will confirm the problem .
