Hi Andy,

This sounds like something that happened to me last year. Check your rotor and cap. After changing plugs with little difference, I thought to check the cap and rotor - cap was only fair, but the rotor had burned, and only a small part was still making any electrical contact. These aren't cheap parts, so check 'em before replacing. Another thing to check, especially if you have a stock wire set, is chafed insulation in the plug wire loom. A lot of folks remove the stock loom and use a Moroso or other aftermarket loom. HTH, and good luck.
