I had the same problem keeping Batterie charged whe car is not running a few days. Boot illumination switch did not cut off the light!
I have no car alarm etc.
regards
Uwe

I am having a problem keeping my battery charged. I am 200% sure it is not the alternator, I've had it checked at 2 seperate shops. I believe my problem is my Cliffard Alarm in conjunction with my 600w Amp with 5 chammels, which of course juices me Bazooka sub.
I have 2 batteries, a 1-2month old BMW and a Day old Interstate MTP-91, it doesn't make a difference, I'm sure.
WHen I put my alarm into valet mode (which is 100% time since it is parked for the winter in a Attended lot), the valet light is very bright and constant, not blinking. I start the car up once a week, and usually it is not good enough.
So, does anyone have suggestions for me? Do I need a stiffening capacitor, or should I put a 1800watt generator on my hood with solar cells and wind turbines?

Thanks in advance.
Magnus
