Need advice on which parts to buy (more) (archive)

I'm close to placing a few large orders on parts that need to be replaced on my dads new car. I need some advice on some specific parts though:

1) Offset Bushings
What should I get? Should I go with Urethane or Stock rubber? We will be upgrading the rest of the suspension and would like something SLIGHTLY stiffer than the stock rubber bushings if possible. If Urethane, which place sells the best ones?

2) Oil Pan Baffle
What about the oil pan baffle? Turner sells a good one, but it is like twice as much as BMP's. Are there any other ones out there that are good?

3) Brakes
Should I just stick with the Stock Evo3 Rotors? What about Hawk HPS pads, are they any good?
