Well there's two types of splitters the Evos came with. The EVO II is the one that looks similar to Jay Lenos chin, and painted the body color, which is what most people get. The other spoiler, which came on the EVO III is attached to the bottom of the spoiler and sticks straight out. Not sure which one is better, I'd assume the EVO III, but one place you can get them are from are moselymotorsports.
