I have an E30 M3 with 56k miles on it and paid $15600 for it. My dad on the other hand found a local guy with an '90 E30 M3 with 119k miles on it but was only asking $9200. To be quite honest with you, there aren’t really any major differences between these two cars. I mean yes, my car is just slightly cleaner and doesn’t have the idle problem as bad, but my dad is going to make tons of upgrades on the car (including a completely redone leather interior) and it will STILL end up costing less than what I paid for my completely stock car.

I guess my point is you shouldn’t spend all your money on a car just because it has low miles. 110k - 150k miles on an E30 M3 is perfectly fine AS LONG AS it has been adequately cared for and maintained. Use the money you save improving the car instead.
